I FEEL SO HUMILIATED

My boyfriend (31) broke up with me for the second time (the first time he came back telling me I was the woman of his life) because we had a lot of fights.The truth is we did.I was feeling very insecure,his phone was ringing all the time (women), he used to go out every night till late with his single friends and above all when he was drinking a little he used to flirt with other women in front of me.We had huge fights over this and he told me that all of these were innocent because he did them in front of me!The day he broke up with me I called me 20 times in half an hour begging him to come back (am I crazy or what?).Now I feel very ashamed and I want to show him that I am not an hysterical little girl and that I'm doing fine.What can I do?

Dear Eva - Call a good guy friend or two. Ask them if they will take you out to a place where you can be seen together. Maybe tell them what you are doing; maybe not. Up to you. But the general message is - be seen out on the town with other men. And get on with your life......
