Ok, so I've been speaking to this incredible girl from Germany for the past 2 1/2 months. We met through Myspace and we've opened up to each other a lot. She recently visited me in the States last month and it was magic. We spent every day together and shared so much together, it hurt a lot to see her leave. She is moving to the US for college next year, and I promised to wait for her. However, the past couple of weeks have been a little difficult. She's been really stressed with her home life, taking care of her mom who was injured in a bike accident, school, work, etc. so she hasn't had much time to talk to me recently. I didn't think much of it until I was looking around on myspace and saw some comments she left on this guy's page (who happens to be her prom date this year). She told me about him before and said she was going with him as a favor to her best friend, so I thought whatever. Still, what she wrote reminds me a lot of how we used to talk to each other when we started talking and I fear that things will only get worse; especially since she suggested a break earlier this week because she "can't be everything I need right now." To make things more confusing, she finally said "I love you" to me. I've been beating my head into the wall this past week trying to make sense of things and asking myself whether I should cowboy up and be strong for her or just walk away and save myself the potencial heartache. Can somebody give me some perspective on this please??
